wondering if the fulll version will have all of the data and information of the world in the retail cd box or will it have to be downloaded?

It will have most of the data on the cds

And then the minor patches will be downloaded with streaming in the game

Cd loads everything you need to play or you can sit and wait to download everything later. CD installation is the way to go.
